1. Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return: Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. We adhere to the statutory minimum return requirements of your location (e.g., EU residents have a 14-day “right of withdrawal”).
Non-returnable items (Industry Standard):
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved products).
Intimate items for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics) if opened.
Digital products (e.g., e-books, software codes).
Items which are, by nature, not suitable for return (e.g., precious jewelry, precision instruments).
Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such).
2. Return Process
Submit a Request: Contact us via email at contact@smallshoper.com with your order number and reason for return. Please attach photos of the product if applicable.
Get Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return shipping address. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number included. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After a successful inspection, we will promptly process your refund.
3. Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund Timing: After processing, please allow your bank or payment provider 5-15 business days to complete the deposit.
Shipping Costs (Industry Standard):
Returns for non-faulty items (e.g., change of mind): The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product): You will receive a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
